LS Tubes is a joint stock company registered in the town of Gabrovo, Bulgaria at the end of 2016.
The two main shareholders are in the laminated and in extruded tube-making industry, with a combined experience of more than 25 years in activity.
LS Tubes main activity is the production of tailormade, high-quality extruded tubes with direct printing, meeting the customer needs and desires for packaging of cosmetics, personal care, hair care, and oral care products with partners in more than 20 countries.

The company’s team consists of committed, ambitious, very well-trained, and skillful operators, technicians, and managers in whose development and knowledge the company believes and invests.

As for many modern and with high level of automation companies nowadays, the future goals of the company include sustainability and digitization.

LS Tubes has proven commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The developed solutions by the company fully align and maximize contribution to at least two of the goals directly: SDG9: Industry, innovation and infrastructure and SDG 13: Climate Action.

The company is ISO 9001:2018 certified.

MONO LAYER TUBES

Mono layer tubes are essentially PE tubes. They are produced from a single layer of plastic, which can consist of LDPE (low density polyethylene), HDPE (high density polyethylene), LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene), alone or in any combination to achieve the desired outcome. They can be used for mild products, or for products with short shelf life.

TWO LAYER
TUBES

These are the most common type of tubes used across all types of products as they are convinient to use and have a soft-touch. Two-layer tubes can be produced out of 100% LDPE or 100% HDPE, or a combination of the two. They are used for packiging creams, soaps, exfoliants, and ointments.

MULTI LAYER TUBES

Multi-layer tubes, aslo called co-extruded (or COEX) tubes, are made from up to five layers of different types of plastic. Compated to mono- and two-layer tubes, the multi-layer tubes have an additional barrier layer made of EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol) which protects the product inside against oxygen, gases, solvents, and oils. This makes the tubes more resistant to chemicals and less premaeble.

CUSTOM PLASTIC CAPS

LS Tubes offers a wide variety of caps for your tubes made in different sizes and shapes. They can also be colored according to each customer's request. We offer screw-on and push-on caps; stand-up and flip-top, as well as hexagonal-shaped caps. For maximum protection, we also offer a shrink-sleeve option to eb added on your caps to avoid damage of the product inside before intial use.

Dry Offset

The dry offset is one of the most affordable printing technologies. This printing method is one of the most economical and flexible decorations for tube production guaranteeing the best quality of the product.
The tubes can be fully printed with a final matte or glossy look.

Silk Screen

Silk printing is an additional printing operation. The selective matte or glossy look and the specific thickness of the print can provide exceptional quality and feel for your premium products, with a distinguished look on the shelf.

Simscreen

In addition to the dry offset, we can offer Simscreen printing. This technology allows for avoiding the mandatory additional screen printing for transparent tubes, achieving high-quality color and accuracy. This offset technology allows us to reduce dramatically the lead time and the cost for transparent tube production without compromising the quality.

Hot Stamping

Decreasing the usage of raw materials

Working with new generation of flip top caps &  lowered the weight by more than 15%. Reduced the tube sleeve thickness by 17%. 

PCR TUBES PRODUCTION

High-resolution direct print to avoid costly and non-recyclable labeled  tubes.

SUGARCANE PE-BASED TUBES

Bioplastic – Sugarcane tubes are produced from PE resin, a renewable raw material. Low carbon footprint emission. The tube is recyclable.
